I have been off the road for 5 months now and can't get back out. Have been advised to find O/O who would be willing to take me on for about 5/6 months so as to get my 1 yr OTR. I drove for 8 months solo, ran up over a curb and was let go. Please someone help me get back out doing what I love doing - driving the big rigs. I'm a good driver just made a stupid mistake, am I to be punished indefinitely? I don't need alot of money that can be discussed - I just want to get my time in so I can get on with a company. I'm a very quit (not a motor mouth) stay to myself individual. I'm clean and very independent don't expect anyone to do for me. I'm a hard worker, not afraid to get my hands dirty, not looking for a husband - I just want to drive. I'm currently in the Russellville, AR area, but I don't really have a home anymore, I live where ever I am. Please surely there is someone out there that would/could use someone to help for a short time.
I'm 5'0, 140 (and loosing) long blonde hair, not knock dead beautiful but not that bad either. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but then I'm not in this for a beauty contest....I just want a job. Again, please someone help me get my year OTR.
